Last minute holiday shopping had me unexpectedly heading downtown again. Went through Kenmore Square and took what will probably be my last Citgo shot for 2025.

Walking down Beacon Street in Brookline last week led me to discover some stickers dedicated to the Citgo sign in Kenmore Square. This sticker of the Citgo sign as candy corn is a good place to start.

Revisiting Old Stomping Grounds

First time photographing the Citgo sign with my new(ish) iPhone last night.

My City Totem

Inevitably, I always go back to Kenmore Square and try to take another photo of the Citgo sign. 

This one didn't turn out too bad. 

I know I look like such a tourist whenever I film this in the middle of the sidewalk. I don't care.

Twenty-five years later, the sign is one of the few things I can still rely on in Boston.

They'll have to tear us both down before we leave here.
