These days I usually go into Brookline in the daytime. It was nice to catch the Coolidge Corner Theater in all its lit up glory.

Sad Update

The Black Lives Matter graffiti I found near Coolidge Corner in Brookline got painted over!

Real classy. Surely this was just a petty way to remove the message. It sure wasn't an attempt to beautify the streets.

This Week's Friendly Reminder

While it should suffice to say Black Lives Matter and leave it, I should point out that these bits of painted graffiti were found on a sidewalk in Brookline. I found them on the corner where a black police officer was working traffic on a point at Harvard Avenue.

Saw this a Coolidge Corner and it reminded me.

It's a voiting week. I can't make you voite, but if you choose to do so, please don't write in any candidates. Don't write in yourself, Daffy Duck, or even Howard the Duck. You're just throwing away your vote.

I swear, Trixie and Katya are just going to screw it up for Elizabeth Warren in 2020.

Spion Update: They DO Travel in Herds!

The Spion dinosaurs (Spionasaurs? Still don't know...) are multiplying. I saw one on the Red line early last week and this one in Coolidge Corner on Friday.

What's With the Spion Hate?

I'd love to have Spion be part of the regular Friendly Reminders. I'd love to get more new messages or designs for him. Maybe he'd do it too, if people didn't keep on tearing his current trademark sticker down!

Note to Spion: Maybe you shouldn't post in Cambridge as much. It's becoming the new South Boston.
