American Haiku: Don't You Get It Yet?

When I started my Sarcastic Haiku series, I wrote my first American Haiku. An American Haiku doesn't care about tradition, formality or history. it takes as long as it wants to make its point because America. You can read others I've written since by clicking here and scrolling down.

This Week's Neccessary Reminder

Blue sign on lawn, "Biden/Harris 2020"

I still signs like this on people's lawns.

I'm not reminding Trump supporters that Joe Biden won.

I'm reminding Joe Biden supporters that Joe Biden won.

Get over it.

There's work to do, and the people in power won't get done what we need to get done.

Not unless the people make sure they do.

If you still have a Biden sign up, take it down.

Put a different sign up. Let them know what else you want.
