Interview Up!

This was sooner than expected.

Robin Stratton interviewed me and Zvi A. Sesling for this month's issue of Boston Literary Magazine.

My segment also includes a poem of mine. You may have heard way back in the day, but it was never published until now.

Thanks very much to Robin for the opportunity.

I Did an Interview Today

Click here to hear my interview with Susan Dobbe Chase on her show SpokenHeard. I go on a bit on making less reactionary poems, but what else can art be but a reaction to experience, even if you're just observing from afar? What would proactive art look like? What was I talking about? I'll have to think about this more. Maybe you can listen and figure it out. Special thanks to Ms. Chase and Ryk McIntyre for helping to book me.

New Interview

Check out my interview with  Boston Cares about my work being selected for the Mayor's Prose and Poetry and Program. My interview is just one of a series of stories of people making good in reaction to the Marathon bombings.  I heard what's coming down the pipe as far as stories go, and believe me, there are people way cooler than me on this list that I'll be excited to read about. Thanks, Boston Cares, for letting me start off things.

Listen to My Two-Part Interview on WOMR

Joe Gouveia hosts a regular poetry show on Provincetown's nonprofit radio station WOMR, and he's been offering to feature  me for a while.  This Tuesday, our schedules finally worked out, and I called the studio to talk with him for a half-hour.  The first part of our chat aired today, and now you get a chance to listen to it as a podcast here.  I thank Joe so much for the opportunity and for keeping me from rambling too too too much.
