May 20th: All Hail The Jazz Poet of Lynn

As of this Sunday, my girlfriend and I are wrapping up our mutual birthday celebration in Las Vegas and  taking the red eye back to Boston.  Not a moment too soon, as I hope to get what sleep I can and get behind the podium at Stone Soup to welcome Elizabeth Gordon McKim.  I've been seeing more and more of her one the open mic as the north shore invasion of Stone Soup continues. I'm very appreciative of her history in the scene and her support of our venue.  She's a great choice to help complete our 42nd anniversary celebration month at Stone Soup.
