FEATURED CAUSE: HELPING A MEMBER OF OUR COMMUNITY

Instead of our typical featured organization, this month we are raising funds to donate to a community member in need.

"$6000 is needed by October 20th in order to cover lawyer fees as well as time and resources spent trying to protect herself from the courts. At this point in the process, the case will be dropped; what remains is the lawyer fees that will put this person in significant debt. As a black queer womxn, someone vulnerable to being exploited by systems, it's important we rally in her name."
