I've been catching more work from the person I call the Ice Cream Man. Wasn't sure if it was old or new work, but then I saw something I never saw before.
I've seen the smiley with tongue graffiti before, but I've never seen the Ice Cream Man's trademark ice cream cone drawn to be touching the tongue. It's an act of artistic genius and a great collaboration.
