I never trace the origins of what I'm photographing for this series. Not able to, don't want to. However, this afternoon I was walking home from my medical appointment and some kids walking in front me were eating pizza off of paper plates. They almost finished at once and tossed their empty plates on the sidewalk. This one landed perfectly right side up.
