This week I'm focusing on overlooked songs. I'm going to the Robert Plant well again. "Calling to You" is was the first single from his Fate of Nations album. I enjoyed this song, but then it got overshadowed by the awful "29 Palms." That song probably single-handedly shed a negative light on Plant's work at the time and for all future work unless he was working with Jimmy Page. I remember the jokes two DJ friends made over this song (What comes after 29 palms? Nine inch nails!)
