This Week's Friendly Reminder

Held this sign for a bit during this past Saturday's protest across from the State House.

No War With Iran

I almost didn't want to post this because War with Iran (actual war!) already seems like such a non-issue with the impeachment trial going. Then I remembered that's exactly what this administration wants me to think. It's their plan to jump from horror to horror until we're left dazed,  terrified and unfocused while trying to keep up with their all-freak circus show. I'm glad there are other activists out there to help keep our heads straight.

This Week's Friendly Reminder

Found this on a Park Street wall while waiting for the red line.

Walking stick figure with "no ware in Iran!" word baloon.
And with a "Keep On Truckin'" pose, no less

May I offer an extra reminder? It's good to remember that this could all be a way to distract from impeachment, but it's just as possible that the current administration could do something equally insane this week to make us even forget about impending World War Three.

"No war in Iran!" written on wall, "Iran" blurred/wiped off partially.

In these times, our greatest heroes may be those who are able to remember, list and catalogue every atrocity this administration commits.

American Haiku Dispatch from WWIII

Trump Tweet; All is well! Missiles launched from Iran at two military bases located in Iraq. Assessment of casualties & damages taking place now. So far, so good! We have the most powerful and well equipped military anywhere in the world, by far! I will be making a statement tomorrow morning.

American Haiku: Keep Calm

Five-seven-five me!
Please ignore smoke and fire!
All is well! All is well!

World War III Haiku

When I started my Sarcastic Haiku series, I wrote my first American Haiku. You can read my first one, and others I've written since, by clicking here.

American Haiku: Flag Burns

Five-seven-five--War!
World leaders play schoolyard tag!
Got you last! Got you last!

Now We Know

Twitter should never have increased its character limit. Because that’s how wars get started.
