Another Last Flower of Summer

Took this on Friday. Couldn't post it until today.

A Survivor

My girlfriend wanted to take a picture of the only hydrangea to grow this year. Fully bloomed just in time for fall. We named it Lyle.

Yep

I made a Tiktok out of the meme as well.

A Meme for the Season

Halloween's coming, so here's a new meme.

Autumn Music

I'd love to post a song for autumn song every year, but I can't think of any suitable song other than "Sweater Weather" by The Neighborhood. I'm open to suggestions.

Santa's Pad

The wind has been blowing leaves in various stores. This photo was taken last night in a CVS. With the two Santa statues, the leaves looked like they were part of the set up.

Fall Lights

Even the buildings are wearing autumn colors.

The Ever-Present Leaves

It's like the trees in my yard are trying to convince me the ground looks better unraked. Thing is, I don't need convincing.

Ready to Fall

My first photo of autumn.

Autumn is Coming

Can't wait to see fresh pumpkins again.

Ode to Autumn

There are seasons for many reasons, and though everyone was ready to get out of winter, I think more of us than usual are looking forward to a cooler fall. Read an ode to Audumn by JP Lime's Scholar via the Twist of JP Lime column over at Oddball Magazine.
