A John Coltrane tribute at the Boston Symphony back in March was an amazing night thanks to my girlfriend. Eventually it lead to my poem "Supreme," which was published on Fevers of the Mind later in April. It made me think I could write about music, which I've actually done since. I like when a poem leads to more possibilities.
