A recent musical tribute to John Coltrane inspired me to write the poem "Supreme," which was published last night in Fevers of the Mind. Thanks to Publisher David L O'Nan for publishing me again.

My Friday Morning Music
As before, I can't find the original version of "Lover Come Back To Me" with Jewel Brown, but at least I found a different version. I also want to learn more about Jewel Brown.

My Monday Morning Music
For this week, I've tried to find certain versions of Louis Armstrong songs I enjoyed where Armstrong wasn't the lead vocalist. The versions I found in the early days of LAUNCH (later Yahoo! Music) and it's amazing music library with deep cuts YouTube still has a hard time matching. I haven't found the versions I first heard, but versions like this are close enough.
