Hoping to send something out before I start work today. If you're looking for places to try sending your work, I recommend North of Oxford, brought to you by the publishers of the late, lamented Fox Chase Review.

August 4: Run, Fox Chase Poets, Run to Stone Soup!
Philadelphia's poetry scene has played a part of my tenure at Stone Soup since the early days. It's also played a part of my personal growth as a poet. As both the Out of The Blue Art Gallery and Stone Soup Poetry move toward an uncertain future, I'm glad I'll be inviting Diane Sahms Guarnieri and g emil reutter for what is all likelihood the last summer Stone Soup will ever have on 106 Prospect Street. When you look at it that way, every Monday at Stone Soup in the forseeable future will feel pretty historical. Come down and be part of it before it's too late.

Thanks, Fox Chase Review
I appreciate the heads up for my new book on your blog.
It's nice when you see a press release go out about you that you didn't have to write and send yourself.

The New Fox Chase Review...And Walter Howard!
The Fox Chase Review Winter 2013 issue is up thanks to G. Emil Reutter and Diane Guarnieri. It features many voices, but if you're a poet in Boston, you will want to read the selection from New England's own Walter Howard!

Fox Chase Review 2012
A little late in getting this out but still timely given that it's the Winter/Spring issue. Contributors include past Stone Soup feature Jane Chakravarthy. Props to Diane Sahms-Guarnieri for getting this out.
