Speaking of New Issues
In addition to Wilderness House, the new issue of FreezeRay Poetry just came out. Highlights include a Judge Judy poem by Zeke Russell and Valerie Loveland's series of poems inspired by the TV show "Unsolved Mysteries."
Both these journals have two things in common.
1. I've been published in them before.
2. I really wanted my work to be in them right now, but it didn't work out.
At least I can still enjoy reading them while planning my next batch of submissions.

January 5: Zeke Russell kicks Off Stone Soup for 2015
I apologize for the lack of information regarding this past Monday's last-minute cancellation. It turned out that the Out of The Blue Art Gallery let me know Monday afternoon that they spoke with the fire department and had to get up to the proper fire code before scheduling any future events. That led to us calling off what thankfully was a simple extended open mic night with no feature. That issue has been solved, and I can now post about next Monday's feature poet, Zeke Russell, who is returning to kick off 2015 proper. I'll be posting information about future poets later this week as Stone Soup Poetry meets the new year in it's new home. The last quarter of the year at 541 Prospect Street was simply amazing. Let's see what a full year can do.
