Christmastime in the City

 

My first year waiting tables at Dead Fish in a Mall was the first time I worked night shift on Christmas Eve. I was at the bottom of the hierarchy. Maybe even lower! The owner had us work a full normal day serving the few people that came out of the hotel/mall chain.

While Leaving the Prudential

There's something about the air when a fountain like this one is going full blast. I can only describe it as refreshing. You can feel it even if you're across the street from it. I wasn't one of the people running through it, but it felt good enough to be facing it even at a distance.
