Come celebrate our 3rd birthday with us! Cake and fun for all. We are very excited to have made it to this milestone.

The Expresso Yourself Coffeehouse is an opportunity for spoken word artists to share their poetry, stories, and songs. It is held the last Saturday of every month at 7pm at the historic Meetinghouse in Medfield, MA.

Are you up to the challenge to bring in a story/poem/song about this month's theme? One you have in your back catalogue or a new one hot off the presses? Thea has been taking this challenge every month, will you?

Rev. Cindy Maybeck, the storytelling minister, has over 25 years of experience telling stories in the pulpit.  In 2013, she launched Spirit Story, a ministry to bring her original story presentations into the church and the community to provide inspiration, healing and hope.  She has ministerial standing in the United Church of Christ and the American Baptist Churches.  She received master certification in the Academy for Biblical Storytelling and is a member of the Healing Story Alliance and Northeast Storytelling. She preaches, leads retreats, tells stories, and provides spiritual coaching throughout New England.

We serve a delightful array of pastries as refreshments; some are freshly baked by volunteers. Come and join in the fun, either to enjoy as an audience member or to participate. Open mic readers have 6 minutes to share. Teens and adults welcome. If you want to sign up for the open mic, send an email to: theaiberall@yahoo.com
