On June 23, 2014, Stone Soup hosted An Evening with John Voigt at the Out of the Blue Art Gallery. Throughout the night, the renowned jazz bassist played behind a number of poets on the open mic. My favorite moment from that night was Toni Bee's time on the mic. 100% improvised with John from start to finish. A wonderful thing to catch on camera.
