Your Weekly Dose of God

The collected Second Coming comic series is on sale at Amazon. I reviewed this series a while back. What I never shared back then was my favorite pages in the series.  God takes the superhero Sunstar to a food court in Heaven filled only with eateries that are long out of business.

God explaining to Sunstar that he's more of an idea guy and that the world is the way it is out of laziness.

Aside from the dialogue, I love that someone remembers Burger Chef, one of the best McDonald's wannabes of my childhood.

I not only found pages like this, I also found this YouTube video of the Burger Chef record I never got to hear the entirety of because it was scratched. Yes, my memory is filled with this much useless knowledge.

The adventures of Burger Chef and his sidekick Jeff live again. Thank you, God. Thanks very much.
