Honorable mention for this entry would be No Doubt's cover of Talk Talk's "It's My Life," which made it obvious for everyone living under a rock that No Doubt at that point had become a Gwen Stefani vehicle. Ultimately, I had to go with "Hey Baby," an earworm in 2001, especially with my then-girlfriend and her two daughters, surpassed only by almost anything by Pink.
