Last Friday night while heading into town, I saw three students shooting for either a documentary or other type of film. Might have been MassArt students given I was on the E Train. The driver didn't even take notice. Makes me wonder what films I've been part of without knowing.

Keep Spion Up
I hope to see fewer torn up Spion stickers. This one was seen while going in the Prudential Center T stop.

A Spreading Pattern?
I wrote about the "Visitor Void" stickers outside my work on Monday. Yesterday, I found this one near the bus stop in between the Brigham Circle and Longwood Green Line stops.
Either Brigham or another medical center is using the same stickers, or the ones form my work are getting around.
It's unrealistic, but if it's the latter, I'd love to see these everywhere.

A Monument in the Making
Since the pandemic, the hospital I work at has required patients coming in to wear identifying stickers with "Visitor" written on them. They used to be color coded stickers but eventually became a white label with room to write down the date of their visit. Many of the also have "VOID" written in red.

Aarrrrgh!
Last month the MBTA started charging to get on the buses again. Midweek, catching many people off guard, including me.
I bought a pass just in time for them to start construction on the E train part of the Green Line.
Now there's a free shuttle form Heath Street to Prudential.
And unless I've been super lucky, the 39 bus isn't taking fares again.
At most, I've used my $90 combo pass five or six times tops over the last twelve days.
I really hate the T sometimes.

Best Valentine's Day Story Ever
I know it's the best Valentine's story I can tell because it isn't mine.
This is a story I overheard while riding on the Green Line a few Februarys back.
A young lady who ended almost every sentence in a question mark was on her cellphone telling her friend about these kids she worked with (she was maybe a teacher maybe, a para, a daycare worker, I'll never know). This is what she said to the best of my recollection.
So we had our Valentine's Day party?
And this one kid? He had asked me the day before what he should wear?
And I told him he just had to dress up? And he thought that meant wear a costume?
So he came in dressed as Squirtle from Pokemon?
It. Was. AWESOME!
He just walked around handing out Valentine's? And signing them Squirtle? It was so great!
Still the best Valentine's story I've ever heard.
